One of the best veggie of the winter season is Kale!

This delightful concoction combines the earthy essence of kale with the nuttiness of almonds, the pungency of garlic, and the richness of Parmesan cheese, resulting in a pesto that's as versatile as it is delicious.



Kale Pesto Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiled kale, cooled and drained

  • 1/2 cup almonds, toasted

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
